Transformation Management

Statistics on successful change initiatives in business vary. Independent of whether the optimistic estimate of approx. 60% or the pessimistic one of approx. 80% is accurate, each failure is connected to "sunk costs": money, time, energy, commitment and motivation were invested without any sort of return. When these change projects fail, the topics which they were aimed have become obsolete. However, these topics require a competent processing in order to ensure the organisation's future viability. At the same time there exists enough knowledge and sufficient experience on how to manage change processes successfully. To summarise: transformation requires clarity, because clarity creates trust, trust gives confidence and confidence provides space for development.
