I am currently studying for a Master's degree in Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Management and Economics at the University of Innsbruck. During my bachelor's degree in psychology, I focused on human resources and business psychology. I was able to gain theoretical knowledge on topics such as change management, talent management, employee motivation and much more. To integrate my knowledge in a more meaningful way, I also took courses in organizational psychology and certified as a systemic coach. This sparked my interest in different ways of working, thinking and communicating. The systemic perspective in particular opened up a whole new way of looking at organizations for me personally, and I was fascinated by how even small impulses can help to bring order into a seemingly unmanageable structure.

When working with others it is important to me to communicate clearly, to reflect regularly and above all to be on the same page.

TMAG puts this into practice and I am happy to be able to actively support them and contribute my knowledge. I see my work at TMAG as a great opportunity to learn the consulting business from the ground up.

In my work I am particularly interested in the following questions

  • How can the individual strengths of each person be optimally utilized in the system "organization" and what are the necessary conditions for this?
  • What motivates employees to act in the interest of the organization?
  • How can companies ensure that managers are willing and able to develop both individually and together in the long term?
  • How can organizations identify and develop talent?
  • How can succession and talent management be designed in a meaningful and effective way to ensure the long-term success of the organization and its talents?
  • How can new learning methods and digital learning formats support companies in their change projects?
